    • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for coffee beans unless:
      • The product was damaged during shipping.
      • You received the wrong order.
    • If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Equipment and Accessories:

    • Unused equipment and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  1. Coffee Beans:

    • If eligible, refunds will be issued for the damaged or incorrect item. A replacement may also be offered, depending on stock availability.
  2. Equipment and Accessories:

    • Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items or special orders.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
