We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products

• We reserve the right to issue an account credit instead of a refund for any items returned in unsellable condition.

• All items must be unused, with all packaging intact, including instructions, and packaged the same as received, to be eligible for a refund.

• Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund.

• We do not accept returns for coffee

• Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days
